• Account & Profile Data: Name, email address, passwords, and profile pictures.
• Educational & Progress Data: Quiz scores, completion milestones, flashcard progress, and streaks to save your learning history.
• Technical & Diagnostics Data: Crash logs and app performance data used strictly to resolve bugs and enhance stability.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information collected via our App strictly for educational and app functionality purposes:

• To facilitate secure user account creation, authentication, and cross-device sync.
• To personalize lessons and track test readiness for the Kenya NTSA theory exam.
• To enable optional driving school progress sharing when you link an instructor code.
• To maintain and improve the security, performance, and reliability of the App.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for cross-app advertising or tracking. We only utilize trusted infrastructure providers to power app features:

• Supabase: For secure authentication and encrypted database cloud storage.
• Apple / Google: For app distribution and platform authentication.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with the App services. You have the right at any time to delete your account directly inside the app (under Settings > Delete Account), which permanently purges your account credentials and personal progress records from our servers.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the Kenya Data Protection Act (KDPA), GDPR, or CCPA), you have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data.
